Rôle & impact Au sein de l’équipe Customer Success d’Odys, notre objectif est simple : faire grandir la communauté Odys en accompagnant nos utilisateurs à chaque étape de leur parcours, de la découverte à la réussite. On vise des partenariats durables qui accélèrent la croissance de nos clients tout en maximisant la valeur qu’ils tirent de notre solution. Odys est un logiciel en ligne (SaaS) conçu pour les DMC, c’est à dire les agences réceptives : ces agences locales qui organisent les voyages sur place, dans leur pays. Née d’un besoin terrain et pensée par des professionnels du tourisme, la plateforme couvre tout leur quotidien : gestion des contacts clients (CRM), devis, opérations, paiements, finance et collaboration avec les tours opérateurs. Intégrée au groupe Evaneos depuis 2025, Odys entre dans une phase d’accélération ambitieuse. C’est pourquoi nous recherchons aujourd’hui un·e Business Developer pour accompagner le produit dans son développement commercial. Tes missions : Développer ton propre pipeline grâce à une prospection active : cold calling, emailing, outbound. Gérer le cycle de vente de A à Z : prospection, qualification, démo, négociation et closing. Réaliser des démonstrations d’Odys et adapter ton approche aux besoins de chaque prospect. Construire une relation commerciale durable sur des cycles de vente d’environ 2 mois. Assurer un suivi rigoureux de ton pipeline et de ton CRM. Ce qu’on recherche Tu as 4 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum en Sales / Business Development / Account Executive / Sales managerTu as idéalement évolué dans un environnement SaaS, logiciel ou tech.Tu as déjà été exposé·e à plusieurs étapes du cycle de vente, idéalement en full cycle.La prospection à froid ne te fait pas peur.Tu es à l’aise pour présenter et faire des démonstrations d’un produit tech.Tu es à la fois hunter, humain·e, rigoureux·se et autonome.Tu parles couramment français et anglais une 3éme langue est un gros plus.Une connaissance du secteur du tourisme est un plus, mais elle n’est pas indispensable.
