Responsibilities of a Buffet Attendant (Customer Service Team Member): You will ensure our buffet remains fresh, clean and inviting at the highest quality standards Responsible for setting up and maintaining the buffet Responsible for preparing buffet and KFC side items Regularly check food levels and temperatures to ensure safety and quality Partner with your Team Members to manage the products needed to replenish buffet items Work with your Team Members in all areas of the Customer Service position Provide a top-notch guest experience that includes friendly interactions with any and all customers Keep dining room equipment, tables, and floors clean and inviting Complete buffet breakdown before end of shift – return all equipment and supplies to designated storage areas and sanitize all buffet serving surfaces.
