P&L and business performance Define a clear vision for digital & connected solutions - and align stakeholders globally Translate strategy into a focused, actionable roadmap - and drive execution Transform the business model towards services, subscriptions and data-driven offerings Lead the development of integrated system solutions (hardware, filtration, connectivity) Partner closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing and global markets Actively drive the transformation process - internally and externally Your impact Lead a highly skilled, solution core team (4 FTEs) Steer a global cross-functional setup across functions and markets Provide clear direction, priorities and long-term perspective in a complex environment What makes you a great fit Experience in strategic roles within complex B2B environments (e.g. marketing, business development), experiences in HoReCa is an advantage. Proven success in leading transformation and change processes Ability to define a vision and translate it into concrete actions across functions (incl.
