Part-Time Retail Associate- Lawrence

Position Status: Part‑Time | Hourly Rate: $12 Location: 5720 N. Sunnyside Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46235 Responsibilities Cashier: Rings up orders, maintains drawer, follows cash procedures, provides information on Goodwill programs, maintains sales floor cleanliness. Textiles/Wares Producer: Sorts for quality, cleans, tags, and hangs; produces 100 wares or 85 textiles per hour; uses pallet jack and conveyor belt; tracks production. Donation Door Attendant: Accepts donations, keeps door clean, sorts and distributes, maintains organization of backroom, operates heavy equipment. eCommerce Producer: Identifies and secures items for ClickGoodwill via eBay, tags and packs merchandise, ships totes, supports store budget. e-Books Producer: Scans books, decides destination, prints, packs, ships totes, manages in‑store display. Rack/Cart Runner: Checks racks/cart for quality, merchandises, purges floor; runs one rack/cart per 15 minutes; tracks production. Required Competencies Demonstrated capability from prior experience; no degree required. Customer focus – impartial, effective service. Teamwork – collaborates and contributes. Ethical – follows procedures, maintains confidentiality. Attention to detail – quality tasks, safety awareness. Time management – self‑management. Critical thinking – evaluates solutions logically. Physical Requirements Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching; work >8 hours. Capable of lifting 10‑50 pounds; exposure to moderate noise/temperature variation.
