Mountain Ltd. is seeking a ROW Agent to work remotely! This will be working as a Permit/ROW Engineer.
Job Overview:
This individual must be capable of engineering routine and specific COE/OSP work orders and of providing administrative and field support to the network plant provisioning process by performance of field work, preparation of work order drawings and documentation, updating work order records in an accurate and timely manner, analysis of reports, providing work order estimated expenditures and/or placements, and data entry to mechanized support systems. Must have a functional knowledge of COE/OSP principles, work order procedures, voice/data industry standards, PC applications, and COE/OSP record and/or computer aided drafting systems. Requires a minimum of two years' experience in COE/OSP engineering.
Right of way agent must be capable of reading/interpreting engineering drawings and legal descriptions and qualified to search titles, perform basic appraisals, and negotiate right-of-way documents within predetermined constraints for obtaining rights-of-way, easements, and permits necessary for placement of voice/data plant on private/government owned property. Requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in the specialty field.
