Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - LPN

Registered Nurse – Outpatient Dialysis

Shift window: 5:30 AM – 10:30 PM - Weekend requirement: Rotating Saturdays

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

NY RN License required

Minimum 1 year dialysis experience (Outpatient chronic and acute required)

BLS certification required

Experience with Fresenius dialysis equipment required

EPIC experience required

Provide vascular access care and pre/post hemodialysis management.

Administer blood and blood products.

Monitor and manage common dialysis complications, including hypotension, cramps, hyperkalemia, and fluid overload.

Recognize and respond to machine alarms and conduct dialysate conductivity testing.

Assist in the management of cardiac arrest/CPR situations and dysrhythmia recognition.

Implement infection control measures and standard isolation precautions.

Candidates must be within 75 miles of the facility to be considered.

Cannot submit candidates with more than 10 days of recent time off.
