Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Description: Clinician will float across various units as needed to meet facility requirements. Every other weekend commitment required, with a maximum of 2 weekends per month. Requests for time off are limited to 5 days maximum, with no more than 2 consecutive days. No requests for time off will be accepted on holidays, the day prior to holidays, or weekends. There will be a need for clinicians to expect regular floating assignments. Floating assignments may be announced up to 2 hours prior to the start of a shift. Refusal to float may lead to assignment cancellation. Two professional references from recent employers are required. Only one reference per employer is acceptable. References must come from the candidate's most recent employers, with one being from the most recent employer. Candidates must possess a Social Security Number prior to application submission. Individuals living within 75 miles of the facility may have reduced rates. No block scheduling or special requests will be honored. All time off must comply with the stated policy. Returning clinicians must complete full recredentialing and reattend orientation if there has been a break in contract. Compliance with all required documentation deadlines is expected. Candidates must complete lab work within 72 hours of accepting an assignment. Modules for orientation will be required prior to starting the position and are non-billable. Any training completed while on assignment will be billable.
