CDnA - Senior Manager, Media and Campaign Analytics

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager of Media and Campaign Analytics to develop digital marketing insights and support omnichannel commercial strategy. The role combines secondary data analytics, campaign measurement, audience segmentation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive evidence-based marketing decisions across US and global organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop secondary data analytics for digital marketing campaigns including exposure monitoring and test-and-learn initiatives
- Provide objective campaign performance insights and recommendations to marketing leadership
- Create omnichannel measurement and tracking plans with audience segmentation and persona development
- Partner with external vendors and internal teams to deliver integrated analytics from syndicated and tactical data sources
- Translate complex analyses into actionable insights with strategic recommendations for campaign optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 years in analytics, forecasting, or marketing operations (or equivalent education/experience)
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels including paid search, social, display, and email
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sources and measurement frameworks
- Experience with omnichannel customer journey mapping and campaign performance measurement
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills for senior leadership audiences
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across marketing and analytics teams
