Short Description Join our Development team to fuel growth through focused fund development, communications, community relations, outreach, and relationship building. Seeking a proactive, results‑oriented professional who excels in donor appeals, CRM use, and community engagement. Responsibilities Research and identify new revenue sources and develop relationships in the community. Utilize CRM daily for recording and reporting on all donor and stewardship efforts; manage volunteer database and solicit community‑facing event participation. Build and preserve positive relationships with sponsors, donors, volunteers, and procure donations for events and House families. Assist with special initiatives such as marketing/promotional materials, donor stewardship gifts, and honoring donors. Co‑manage the Development Coordinator with the Director of Development and represent RMHSNJ at required events. Recruit, interview, and oversee Teen Leadership Council members; attend TLC meetings, moderate Executive Committee, and oversee the annual fundraiser. Maintain confidentiality of donor and constituent information and uphold the highest administrative standards. Qualifications Minimum of five years of experience working in a non‑profit setting. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong, professional writing skills for donor appeals and outreach. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Virtuous, Raiser’s Edge, etc., and in creativity suites such as Canva. Ability to work with diverse populations and foster positive relationships. Additional Requirements Availability to work some evenings and weekends. Some travel required within the Greater Philadelphia area. Valid U.S. driver’s license.
