IoT Hardware Sustaining Engineer
Chefman
Chefman is seeking a Sustaining Engineer to own post-launch health of connected and electromechanical appliances. You will drive root-cause analysis, build field dashboards, and coordinate with global manufacturing to reduce returns. You will partner with R&D and TPMs to create troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and training materials while serving as the tech contact for support teams.
