Exciting Opportunity for a Physical Therapist! Job Description:
- Position: Physical Therapist
- Specialty: Physical Therapy
- Number of Openings: 1
- Shift: Days - 5x8
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Requirements: Work one weekend per month on Saturday at inpatient.
- Call Requirements: Not specified. Qualifications:
- Required Certifications:
- Must have a PT license in good standing
- Outpatient experience required
- Years of Experience:
- 1+ years preferred
- Float Requirements:
- Will work outpatient at a satellite location
- Float to inpatient as needed Unit Information:
- EMR System: EPIC Responsibilities:
- Conduct objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
- Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
- General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
- Perform Initial Assessment/Plan of Care for each patient upon receiving physician's order, adhering to departmental policies and standards of care. Dress Code:
- Scrub Color: Black Scrubs
