Senior Director of Public Policy

Leading the development and execution of the public policy agenda, the full-time Senior Director of Public Policy will direct a team in Washington, DC, collaborating with various internal functions to advance strategic policy objectives and maintain high-level relationships with healthcare policy leaders. Key responsibilities Collaborates with senior leadership to shape the U.S. public policy agenda in alignment with strategic goals Develops and executes comprehensive policy strategies, analyzing legislative and regulatory developments impacting the business Guides internal teams on adapting to federal and state laws, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and initiatives Required qualifications Master's degree in health policy, Public Health, Public Affairs, or a related field preferred At least 10 years of experience in health policy or government sectors, with a focus on payer/commercial expertise A minimum of 5 years managing high-performing teams and developing talent Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance guidance Deep understanding of the U.S. biopharmaceutical market and healthcare reform Virtual Vocations Inc
