Technical Product Analyst

  • Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Business Technology is recruiting for a MAKE Technology Product Analyst.
  • Supports the Ethicon Manufacturing facilities in Cornelia and Athens, Georgia.
  • Responsible for the strategy, performance, reliability, lifecycle management, and value realization of both global and local technology products.
  • Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and shared services organizations to ensure digital products and platforms deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Drives technology innovation, Agile product delivery, operational excellence, cybersecurity readiness, and continuous improvement while supporting the site's manufacturing roadmap and strategic objectives.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Product Management, Manufacturing Systems, Supply Chain Technology, Application Support, or related technology roles. Experience supporting manufacturing operations within a regulated GxP environment. Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience working within Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira. Knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes. Demonstrated experience delivering technology programs and projects in manufacturing environments. Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to business objectives. Experience building business cases and measuring value realization. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
