Regional Reimbursement Director, Neuroscience, New England

Ipsen seeks a Regional Reimbursement Director to manage reimbursement strategy and payer relationships for neuroscience products across New England. The role combines field-based support to healthcare providers with cross-functional collaboration to optimize patient access and drive business growth in neurology.

Responsibilities

• Manage reimbursement environment for Ipsen neuroscience products in healthcare provider channel
• Develop and maintain relationships with Medicare Administrative Contractors and key payer contacts
• Provide field-based reimbursement support to healthcare providers on coding, coverage, and payment
• Collaborate with sales, market access, and brand teams to identify and address access barriers
• Support new product launches through reimbursement readiness assessment and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

• Expertise in payer policies, coding, coverage, and reimbursement processes
• Established relationships or ability to develop connections with Medicare Administrative Contractors
• Knowledge of neurology therapeutic area and treatment landscape
• Field-based experience supporting healthcare providers on access and reimbursement
• Residency near a major airport within New England region
• Ability to translate complex payer policies into actionable provider guidance
