Salesforce Technical Architect - Guidehouse

Key Responsibilities Define and lead the technical architecture of end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet client business objectives and security standards. Design and implement custom Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns with external systems and government platforms. Collaborate with cross‑functional consulting teams to translate functional requirements into robust, maintainable technical designs. Establish governance, coding standards, and best practices for Salesforce development and deployment pipelines. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements 10+ years of experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions, preferably in the public sector or defense domain. Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration frameworks (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.). Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and scalability principles within Salesforce and related platforms (e.g., Heroku, Experience Cloud). Proven consulting experience with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
