What You'll Do

• Answer and route a high volume of incoming telephone calls accurately and professionally.
• Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners with warmth and professionalism.
• Help callers feel heard, understood, and confident that their concerns will be addressed.
• Calmly assist clients who may be frustrated or upset, gathering information and connecting them with the appropriate team member.
• Maintain the front office and reception area to reflect the professionalism of our agency.
• Manage conference room, office and kitchen supplies and coordinate inventory and ordering.
• Open and close our Northport office each business day.
• Occasionally assist with opening or closing our Huntington office as business needs require.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Work closely with our service teams to ensure clients receive timely assistance.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone presence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
• Ability to prioritize while maintaining accuracy.
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
