We are Expanding and have an immediate opening! Subaru Superstore of Chandler is currently hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join our award-winning team! We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality. Keep in mind, Customer Service is the top priority. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and superior service Complete a thorough vehicle walk around inspection during service write-up Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes Know the product to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding customer’s vehicle Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor including parts Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update clients frequently Provide a thorough review of services performed when delivering finished vehicle to the customer. Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of Service Advisor / Used Car Reconditioning Writer experience Prior experience with Reynolds and Reynolds database systems is preferred Proficient computer skills (Including Microsoft Word and Excel) Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail Superior communication and organizational skills Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results We provide a positive, professional work environment.
