Vice President, Strategic Support

As a full-time, hybrid Vice President, Strategic Support, the successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements across the Impact division, collaborating with senior leaders to align resources and priorities while enhancing community impact and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor and integrator, connecting priorities and execution across the Impact division Drive the strategic roadmap by collaborating with business owners and stakeholders on key initiatives and projects Lead high-priority strategic initiatives and advance community impact strategies, ensuring effective planning and execution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in collaborative environments At least five years of experience in developing or facilitating business strategy and plans Experience in a senior strategy or chief of staff role within a complex organization Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear action
