Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Physical Therapy license. Provisional License acceptable until State of Nevada Physical Therapy license is issued.
• BLS/CPR certification per AHA standards required.
• Minimum two-year clinical experience in the respective departmental required.

Assignment Details

• 5x8‘s schedule with varied shifts.
• Rotating days of the week, including a Saturday rotation every 4 weeks.
• Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
• Travelers may be required to float based on patient care needs and within their competency level.
• One additional shift may be required during the schedule period.

Location Highlights
