Position Summary

WWAG LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Content Writer to develop compelling, high-quality content across digital and print channels. This full-time position in Lakeland, Florida, requires strong writing, research, editing, and content strategy skills. The successful candidate will help maintain a consistent brand voice, translate complex information into clear and engaging content, and collaborate with internal teams to support communication and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Research, write, edit, and refine content for websites, marketing materials, and internal communications.

Develop engaging, audience-focused content aligned with company messaging and business goals.

Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, style, and editorial standards across content channels.

Conduct research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, well-informed, and supported by reliable sources.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to plan content initiatives and develop effective messaging.

Review and proofread content for grammar, clarity, structure, factual accuracy, and readability.

Manage content calendars, editorial schedules, and multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Transform complex concepts and business information into accessible content for different audiences.

Apply SEO best practices to website content where appropriate.

Provide editorial guidance, constructive feedback, and quality reviews to writers and other contributors.

Update existing content to improve accuracy, relevance, consistency, and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in professional content writing, copywriting, editing, or a related field.

Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.

Advanced proofreading and editing skills, including grammar, punctuation, structure, and factual accuracy.
