AR Specialist - Chandler POST NUMBER: 473502

Vaco Arizona is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a leading company in Chandler! This is a hybrid, contract-to-hire role paying up to $30/hour.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate AR records and ensure timely payments.
• Utilize SAP for AR tracking and reporting
• Prepare AR reports and analyze account data using Excel
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid background in construction AR/billing
• Strong SAP and Excel experience
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
