Desired Qualifications:

• Active and current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.

• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and oxygen therapy equipment.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to respond swiftly in emergency situations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and documentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement respiratory care plans for patients of all ages.
• Administer various respiratory therapies, including aerosol treatments, airway management, and mechanical ventilation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and equipment use.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient responses.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and functioning according to safety standards.
• Participate in rapid response and code blue teams as needed.

$2,322 - $2,448/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
