Culture Programs Coordinator

Location: In-Person | Concord, CA Department: People Team Reports To: Vice President of People Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

We are seeking a Culture Programs Coordinator to support employee engagement, internal communications, recognition programs, events, and culture initiatives across the company.

Falcon Ambulance is a leading provider of Basic Life Support (BLS) and Critical Care Transport (CCT) services throughout Northern California. As a mission-driven organization, our core values guide how we serve our patients, support our employees, and grow our business.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, creative, self-motivated, and enjoys cultivating positive employee experiences. The position partners with multiple departments and helps support employees across Falcon's service area.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs
• Assist with company events and wellness initiatives
• Create and publish content for internal communications and social media
• Manage company apparel, branded items, and uniform programs
• Support employee surveys, reporting, and engagement activities
• Partner with HR, Operations, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition on special projects
• Build relationships with employees and support culture initiatives across multiple locations

• Experience with content creation, communications, events, HR, or marketing a plus
• Ability to travel to regional Falcon stations as needed
