DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Licensed as an esthetician for 3 years
- 3+ years of esthetician experience in a salon, spa or medical setting
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with technology
- Teaching experience is preferred but not required
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN ESTHETICIAN LEARNING LEADER - SKINCARE TEACHER?
You'll create a dynamic classroom experience where students learn by doing. Using:
- Objective-Based Education (O.B.E.)
- Learning centers
- Mini-classes
You'll teach:
- Skin health science and advanced analysis
- Ingredient technology and skincare innovations
- Professional facial techniques
- Waxing and makeup
- Retail recommendation strategies
- Business and guest service skills
