Director of Nursing — Long-Term Care

Location: Franklin, PA area
Job Type: Full-time
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

A confidential long-term care organization in the Franklin, PA area is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations in a skilled nursing facility.

This role is ideal for a strong RN leader with experience in long-term care, survey readiness, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, CMS, and LTC regulations

• Lead, support, and develop nursing staff

• Partner with the Administrator, physicians, and interdisciplinary team

• Manage staffing, infection control, clinical documentation, and quality outcomes

• Support survey readiness, audits, and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license

• Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care

• DON, ADON, Unit Manager, or Nurse Supervisor experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey process

• Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive accountability
