Hospitalist Opportunity In Beaver, PennsylvaniaPermanent, hospital-employed hospitalist physician – $300,000 base salary – $10,000 sign on bonus – Up to $15,000 incentive bonus (based on quality metrics) – 401K contribution (100% match first 3% and 50% on next 2% of salary), and CME – Very competitive healthcare benefit package – Malpractice – iPad provided – Average 16 shifts a month which usually breaks down to 13 days and 3 nights – Night shift ratio will be reduced once a dedicated nocturnist is added – Average shifts are 10 hrs – Ability to work extra shifts if desired – Available specialists: Cardiology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Heme/Onc, GI, ID, Tele Neurology, General Surgery, Vascular, Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics – Great location in desirable north suburb of Pittsburgh!
