We strive to build customers for life by getting involved in the community around us and investing in our youth through Jaws Youth Playbook, our 501(c)(3) non-profit charity.So, whether you love golf, delicious food, or weddings, apply below to use your talent and skills to bring smiles to our guests faces.What We Offer:* Opportunities for Growth within the Organization* Employee Golf Privileges* Chef Prepared Shift Meals at No Cost to Employees* Ongoing Country Club/Hospitality Training and Experience* Employee DiscountsDuties & Responsibilities:* To follow policies and schedules for the operation in the kitchen facility.* Adhere to proper food handling procedures and maintain sanitation standards across work areas.* Prepare food items according to recipe specifications and production guidelines.* Communicate effectively with team members and management to stay informed.* Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are in working order and promptly report any issues to a supervisor.* Complete end-of-shift duties, including ensuring workstations are stocked and ready for the next shift.* Follow all health and safety standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.* Notify management immediately of any issues or potential concerns.* To help in the coordination of all events and activities with the operating departments of the Golf Course in order to provide the best possible service to the guests.Qualification:* 2 Years’ proven experience in the food industry* Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.* Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.* Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.* High School Diploma - Culinary School Degree preferred.Working Conditions:* Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs.* Work extended hours during golf and holiday season* Work night and weekends* Physical activity including long periods of standing, walking, bending, #J-18808-Ljbffr
