Woody Folsom CDJR Douglas is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Douglas, GA. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone who entrusts us with their vehicle care. Responsibilities Greet customers and determine their automotive service needs. Provide accurate service estimates and communicate necessary repairs or maintenance to customers. Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with the service technicians. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding vehicle status and completion times. Manage customer concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure all vehicle service documentation is complete and accurately recorded. Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices is a plus. A positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
