Residential Maintenance Tech

Maintenance Worker 9/8/80 Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7: 30am-5: 30pm, Friday, 7: 30am-4: 30pm, with every other Friday off. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and facility upkeep tasks to ensure safe and well-maintained properties. Key Responsibilities: Complete general maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry) Perform unit inspections, turnovers, and ensure compliance standards are met Troubleshoot and repair doors, windows, locks, drywall, and fixtures Maintain grounds including landscaping, irrigation, and debris removal Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Track work orders, maintain logs, and assist with inventory and supplies Respond to on-call maintenance needs and emergencies Qualifications: 3+ years of general maintenance experience Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Basic computer skills for work order tracking Valid California Driver’ s License and clean driving record required Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of tools Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Additional Info: Must pass pre-employment screening On-call availability may be required
