We are looking for friendly, energetic Servers who know how to create a great guest experience and enjoy being part of a strong team. Our servers provide attentive, efficient service while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where every guest feels comfortable and well cared for. At O.H.S.O., we believe in working smarter together rather than harder apart. Our front-of-house team uses a team-service model and pools tips, which means everyone works together to support our guests and one another. This approach creates a dependable, self-sufficient team built on communication, trust, and teamwork. Dogs are also a big part of the O.H.S.O. experience, so you must enjoy having four-legged guests around! Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient service Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders Communicate clearly with guests, bartenders, kitchen employees, and managers Work as part of the front-of-house team to support all tables and guests Run food, refill beverages, pre-bus tables, and assist coworkers as needed Maintain clean and organized tables, service areas, and workstations Follow responsible alcohol-service and food-safety procedures Respond to guest questions and concerns professionally Help create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest Qualifications At least two years of recent serving experience Current Food Handler's Card Strong communication and guest-service skills Positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and willing to help wherever needed Must love dogs Pay $12.15 per hour plus pooled tips $15.15 per hour during training and required meetings Medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees who average at least 30 hours per week after 12 months of employment Health Savings Account with employer contribution for eligible employees Paid sick leave Paid parental leave for eligible full-time employees 50% employee discount on food and merchandise Access to earned wages before payday through our pay-on-demand program #J-18808-Ljbffr
