Production Build Technician

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented technician to support the construction of precision products in a manufacturing environment. This role involves working from technical documentation to complete product builds using mechanical and electrical components. Please note, this position does not involve soldering. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Primary Responsibilities Interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and work instructions to complete product builds Position, fit, and secure components to meet design specifications Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete production tasks Inspect work throughout the process to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met Document completed work and report any nonconforming items Maintain steady workflow while meeting daily production targets Collaborate with quality and production teams to support efficient operations What We’re Looking For Background in manufacturing, fabrication, or production environments preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical documentation Comfortable using basic hand tools and measurement devices Strong attention to detail and consistency in workmanship Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksReliable attendance and strong work ethic Work Environment Clean, organized manufacturing setting Team-focused environment with growth opportunities Position Production Build Technician Location Metal Works About the Organization Metal Works Inc. has been in operation since 1985.
