Details Work in a hospital Cardiac Cath Lab with 3 holding bays and 2 cath suites Unit staffed by a team of 9 Day shift schedule from 6:45 AM to 4:15 PM Pre/post procedural area follows a variable 0700-1700 schedule Patient ratio of 3 staff to 1 patient in the procedural area Utilizes GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab equipment Charts in Meditech EMR Performs procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, pacers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests On-call requirement of 1-2 shifts per week Weekend rotation approximately every third weekend (Friday-Saturday-Sunday) Requirements Active RN license (Colorado or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Cath Lab RN experience required Holding experience preferred Monitoring experience preferred No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Join a high-functioning team with engaged physicians and a strong hospital culture Provide direct patient care within a busy Cardiac Cath Lab supporting a range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Positive, flexible personality suited for high-quality patient care environments preferred Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the facility for on-call responsiveness Located near the Colorado mountains offering skiing and outdoor recreation opportunities Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-737948.
