Job Overview We are seeking a Guidewire Configuration Developer with a strong focus on quality development in a competitive environment. The ideal candidate will have a combination of Guidewire Configuration and Integration experience, ensuring seamless development and implementation. Must Have Guidewire Implementation experience with expertise in both Configuration and Integration. Hands‑on experience leading a team, including offshore/nearshore collaboration. Experience in developing new screens, product model validations, and business rules within Guidewire. APD knowledge is mandatory, as this will be screened first by the customer. Cloud experience along with a strong foundation in Guidewire development. Responsible for teaching/coaching the team and fostering a positive environment. P&C Personal Property Insurance domain experience. Accountable for team delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals. Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of business rules and workflow automation within Guidewire.
