TikTok is seeking a Regional Head of Compliance for Latin America to oversee payments, lending, and other regulated activities across Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and Argentina. You will report to the Head of Compliance, Global Payment, and define a scalable, risk-based regulatory framework aligned with TikTok's global standards. You will lead licensing initiatives (IFPE, Regulated SOFOM, EMI, SCD), engage regulators across LATAM, and collaborate with Product, Legal, Risk, and Engineering to enable #J-18808-Ljbffr TikTok
