Systems & Infrastructure Specialist

Salary: $50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent professional experience At least three years of experience supporting and configuring IT infrastructure Hands-on experience with Windows workstations, Windows Server setup and administration, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and mobile device support Experience supporting AWS cloud infrastructure and related services Practical knowledge of networking basics, including firewall, router, switch, VPN, and TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting Experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint administration, and Windows operating systems Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration, maintenance, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical users Commitment to information security, ongoing improvement, and high-quality support Ability to occasionally lift equipment up to 50 pounds and move throughout our facilities Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support as business needs require Responsibilities: Deliver advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and business applications Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues Help administer and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, wireless networks, backup systems, and cloud technologies Contribute to technology upgrades, device rollouts, office expansions, and infrastructure initiatives Support cybersecurity efforts, including endpoint protection, patching, and system hardening Assist with technical documentation, disaster recovery tasks, HITRUST compliance, HIPAA security requirements, and client security audits Partner with employees across the organization to provide responsive and effective technical assistance Technologies: AWS Active Directory Cloud Firewall Hardware Support Microsoft 365 Microsoft Intune Mobile Network SQL Security TCP/IP VPN Windows Office 365 DevOps More: We are Consolidated Solutions, a growing technology-driven organization based in Cleveland, Ohio.
