Electronics Technician

Position Summary E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Technician to serve as Key Personnel supporting Joint Region Marianas (JRM) security and communications systems. The Electronics Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, and test base security systems and Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems , including intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, and Motorola trunked radio systems. Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair base security systems , including: Intrusion detection systems Access control systems Video surveillance systems Maintain and support Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems . Perform preventive maintenance on electronic security and communications equipment. Perform corrosion control activities. Calibrate system sensors and associated equipment. Test and maintain backup power systems. Program Motorola radios using appropriate radio codeplugs . Tune radios using service monitors . Perform radio battery conditioning. Conduct monthly R56 grounding inspections at tower and repeater sites. Install radios in vehicles. Maintain accurate inventory records for radio assets and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair LMR and electronic security system equipment. Support installation, maintenance, testing, and operational readiness of supported systems. Required Qualifications Technical training or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in LMR and Electronic Security System (ESS) installation and maintenance . Experience with: LMR systems Motorola trunked radio systems ESS installation and maintenance Lenel Milestone Required Certifications / Training Candidate must hold: Active Security+ CE Active ETA-CET or equivalent Motorola R56 training Technical Skills Experience with: Lenel OnGuard Milestone XProtect Motorola radio programming software Service monitors Motorola trunked radio systems Preferred Qualifications Active SECRET clearance Lenel factory training Milestone factory training Prior Joint Region Marianas (JRM) experience Prior Guam DoD experience Current residence in Guam Work Environment This is an on-site position in Guam , supporting operations at: Naval Base Guam Andersen Air Force Base Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz The normal work schedule is Monday through Friday, 0700-1600 , with after-hours callback support for critical outages.
