Maintenance Site Leader

We are seeking a Maintenance Site Leader to lead the maintenance team at our Stevens Plant . This role is responsible for daily maintenance operations, including planning and scheduling, preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and technician development.

We are looking for a servant leader who builds trust, creates accountability, develops people, and works well with production, quality, and other departments. The right candidate enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and leading a proactive maintenance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily activities of the maintenance team
• Own weekly maintenance planning and scheduling in coordination with production
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Lead breakdown response and root cause analysis
• Conduct daily Gemba walks to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop technicians and team leaders through coaching, feedback, and training
• Build strong relationships with production, quality, and other departments
• Ensure safe work practices and food safety compliance
• Manage maintenance costs and contractor support
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing
• Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and reliability improvement
• Familiarity with OSHA, lockout/tagout, and food manufacturing standards
