Purchasing Coordinator

Responsibilities Reporting to the Accountant, performs the following: Generate and submit requests for quotes and purchase orders. Track and fullfill purchase orders. Document, track, and organize spare parts inventory. Report physical inventory of supplies each fiscal month end. Research and identify appropriate vendors as is needed. Coordinate product delivery. Provide administrative support to other departments as is necessary. Qualifications The successful candidate will meet the following requirements: High school education or equivalent. Minimum of one year administrative experience, preferably with exposure to purchasing and/or accounting practices for an industrial organization. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft products; Excel, Word, etc. The target rate for this position is $25/hr. +, DOE.
