Crew Member- Brambleton

We are looking for evening shift crew members for the following hours: 3PM‑9PM or 5PM‑9PM weekdays and/or weekends. At Tropical Smoothie Café, we inspire a healthier lifestyle by serving amazing food and smoothies with a bit of tropical fun! Our employees are the most important ingredient in our success and are key to delivering high‑quality customer service. Responsibilities Take customer orders using the point‑of‑sale system. Prepare food and smoothies according to proven recipes. Prep food, including accurate measuring and weighing. Stock, restock, and clean individual stations and back‑of‑house areas. Handle cash and monetary transactions accurately. Keep the Café clean and well‑maintained at all times. Qualifications Reliable, responsible, and punctual. Strong communication and organizational skills. Pleasant disposition, sociable, accommodating, and enthusiastic. Self‑motivated, creative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent customer service skills and ability to read English. Ability to work quickly under pressure and maintain flexibility in scheduling. Experience with a POS system preferred.
