Foreperson‑Plants and Asphalt What you can expect: $30.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential. Annual increase potential. Paid Time Off. What you will do: Coordinate asphalt plant activity. Communicate daily workload. Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate, and plant start‑up. Previous supervisory experience. Basic computer skills and strong communication and organization skills. 80% of health care costs are paid by the Company year‑round.
