Job Title Loan Servicing Sr Specialist Location Glen Allen, VA About the Role On-site position; works 5 days in the office. Responsibilities Process requests within defined parameters, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Adhere to procedures and SOPs, measured through quality checks. Meet productivity targets while exceeding customer expectations. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries within 24 hours. Identify and resolve issues, escalating to management promptly. Comply with regulatory requirements and complete training as required. Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and internal processes. Qualifications Education and licenses: Verify with a Recruiter or Staffing Manager. Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
