Bilingual Customer Service Driver (Spanish)

Job Description This position works closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will also deliver products to customers from Sherwin‑Williams stores in a safe and timely manner using company vans or pickup trucks. Employment Type Part‑time. Location Store #8242, 455 South Main, Cottonwood, AZ 86409 Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures. Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain precise work order files and documentation. Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications. Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner. Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles. Maintain the store vehicle and notify supervisor of repair or servicing needs. Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules. Comply with all laws, traffic regulations, and safety procedures when driving a vehicle. Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries. Operate equipment and machines such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc. Qualifications Minimum Requirements At least twenty‑one (21) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for future employment. Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Fluency in English (reading, writing, comprehension, and communication). Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, comprehension, and communication). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Previous experience selling paint and paint‑related products.
