Position Overview Now Hiring: Retail Team Member Schedule: Part-time Compensation : $17.00-$19.00 (DOE) Location: Sacramento, CA We’re excited to continue growing our team at Work World. As a Retail Team Member, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the success and growth of our store. What You’ll Be Doing Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED required 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a professional appearance Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus Who We Are: Work World is the largest specialty retailer of workwear and work boots in the Western U.S. From humble beginnings in 1990, we now operate 30+ stores under the Work World, Shoeteria and Whistle Workwear brand names California, Nevada, and Washington.
