ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with a growing home remodeling company to add an energetic, people-focused Brand Ambassador to their marketing team. They’re looking for someone who can confidently represent the brand, connect with homeowners, and create genuine conversations that turn into quality opportunities for the sales team.

As a Brand Ambassador / Event Marketing Representative, you’ll represent the company inside Home Depot stores and at home shows throughout your territory. Your focus will be building connections, generating interest, and creating quality leads — not using a high-pressure sales approach.

• $21.25/hour base pay + aggressive performance bonuses.
  
• $60K–$65K expected first-year earnings, with additional upside for strong performers.
  
• Gas card + vehicle allowance to support the travel required for the role.

• 5-day workweek, with the opportunity to work additional days when desired or during special events.
  

• Represent the company inside assigned Home Depot locations and create positive interactions with homeowners.
  
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates and conduct product knowledge training to help them generate leads.
  
• Engage homeowners, identify potential remodeling opportunities, and generate quality leads for the sales team.
  
• Support weekend sales trailers, run contests, and participate in other lead-generation activities.
  
• Represent the company at home shows by creating genuine connections and helping homeowners learn more about the company.
  

• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable approaching new people.
  
• Able to create genuine connections without being overly aggressive.
  
• Highly driven and motivated by performance.
  
• Coachable and willing to learn the company’s products, process, and approach.
  
• Comfortable traveling between different Home Depot locations throughout the territory.
  
• Comfortable working weekends and during home show season.
