Maintenance Technician

In this role, you will maintain and improve production equipment by diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and supporting new equipment installations. This position works closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to maximize uptime, improve efficiency, and maintain high product quality standards.Compensation: $20-$40/hours*Yearly bonusShifts & Schedule:Day and Nights8, 10 or 12 hour shiftsKey Responsibilities:Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions.Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.Maintain accurate maintenance records and performance data.Provide technical support and training to operators and team members.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.Communicate with production, engineering, and external partners to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
