Work with our food program as needed. Assist in store maintenance inside and outside to uphold appearance standards. Provide fast and friendly service to customers. Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance. Accomplish daily tasks around the store in collaboration with a fun, energetic team. Required Skills Excellent customer care and communication skills. Ability to work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude. Team‑work abilities to meet daily goals. Problem‑solving and creative idea generation. Preferred Qualifications Retail and customer service experience. Sales associate or cashiering experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn. Physical Requirements Stand and walk up to 8 hours. Lift or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift. Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push or pull loads up to 20 pounds. Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to 1 hour per shift.
