What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist customers on the lot and in the showroom
Provide product knowledge and guide guests through the buying process
Deliver a professional, transparent, and enjoyable car-buying experience
Keep up with current promotions, inventory, and manufacturer programs
Work with teammates and managers to exceed sales goals
Maintain ongoing communication to build lasting customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
Positive, energetic attitude and great communication skills
Prior automotive or retail sales experience helpful, but not required
A drive to learn, compete, and succeed in a fast-moving environment
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Bilingual skills a plus!

Requirements
Automotive sales or customer service experience preferred
Ability to succeed in a team-driven, high-volume dealership
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Valid CA Occupational Sales License (or ability to obtain)
