Coates Group seeks a Benefits Administrator to support NAM benefits, leave management, policy governance and global mobility. You’ll be the primary benefits contact for the US and Canada, coordinating enrollments, life events, vendor relations, and policy updates. You will partner with the Senior Director, People & Culture, NAM on renewals and design changes, and help maintain onboarding/offboarding processes and employee handbooks.
