Product Manager

Overview Broadcom is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, experienced Product Manager to lead multiple products in the Foundational and Open Solutions value stream of the company’s mainframe software division. Those products include Easytrieve, AION, Telon, Panvalet, Librarian, and others that deliver operational, financial, and regulatory reporting to key customers such as banks, retailers, and financial institutions. Key Responsibilities Assisting the development of vision, strategy, roadmap, and releases of new features or migration plans for the product set. Acting as the intermediary between market/business requirements and R&D to advocate for product priorities. Prioritizing product features by analyzing customer needs and translating them into functional stories for Product Owner teams. Removing roadblocks across teams to meet quality standards, project deadlines, and business objectives. Partnering with Architecture teams to solution new features and capabilities, including exploring AI/ML applicability. Leading sales initiatives to drive customer adoption of new product features in the existing market. Measuring customer adoption and retention based on the GTM plan and tactics deployed. Required Education, Experience, and Skills Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development. Expertise in managing complex cross‑functional, cross‑business, and cross‑disciplinary projects. Experience working with business stakeholders to achieve goals and objectives. Basic understanding of software licensing and product delivery in a B2B model. Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and effective collaboration with product and engineering teams. Experience in defining Go‑To‑Market plans and triaging customer requests. Knowledge of mainframe software industry, transformation trends, and insights is preferred. Must have legal authorization to work in the US. Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary range: $104,100 – $166,500. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and equity awards.
