This role ensures high-quality, resident-centered care through service planning, team leadership and collaboration with clinical partners.What You’ll Do:• Lead daily operations of assigned neighborhood(s) in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards• Participate in resident evaluations and develop Service Plans• Create staffing schedules and daily care assignments based on resident needs• Lead move-in meetings and coordinate care with the Resident Care Director when clinical support is needed• Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure timely communication with families and providers• Partner with Dining and Activities teams to enhance the resident experience• Maintain compliance with QAPI, OSHA and regulatory requirements• Manage department budget, labor and expenses• Recruit, hire, train and coach care team members• Conduct performance reviews and promote team engagementResident Care Coordinator – Lead Compassionate Care and Support Resident Well-BeingResident Care Coordinator | Assisted Living | Care Management | Senior Living | Team Leadership | Resident Care # **Pay Range:**70,720.00 - 91,676.00*Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?* As part of our team, you will help brighten the future for everyone at Sunrise and beyond.
